メンブレンの性能 メンブレンはその性能を確かめるために様々な試験を受けます。お客様には、その結果をもとにプロジェクトに合ったソリューション をお選びいただくことができます。 防水性 UV安定性と老朽化 建設段階、または屋根の平部の破損および事故によるめくれなどの機 会に、一時的にでも水が通過するのを防ぐ製品の能力です。 この試験に合格するには、下地材を代替するだけではなく、製品を長期 間滞留した水につけておくことも求められます。 この特性は、水の浸透に対する耐久性を示すものです。 それに関し、基準EN 13859-1/2が以下の分類を定めています。 • W1：高い水の浸透防止性を有する • W3：低い水の浸透防止性を有する • EN 13859-1/2 で提供されている中央ヨーロッパ一帯における年間平均 放射量に対する数値です(55 MJ/m2).。 試験では、試験体を高い温度のもと紫外線に続けて336時間曝しま す。これは、合計55 MJ/m2の紫外線に曝したのと同じことになります。 紫外線にさらされる可能性のあるオープンジョイントを用いた壁面に 関しては、紫外線による人工劣化を確かめるうえで、5000時間露出して いなくてはいけません。 水の浸透防止性、引張強度は、人工劣化処理後に計測されなくてはい けません。 W2：中程度の水の浸透防止性を有する 基準EN 13859-1と2では、200㎜の静水圧を2時間受ける必要がありま す（分類W1）。 注意：水蒸気制御メンブレンでは、 「適合」としか表示されませんが、 製品は上記の厳しい試験の条件（200㎜の静水圧を2時間）を満たして いることを意味します。 引張強度 注意: 現実の気候条件は様々に変化するものであり、施工の環境にも 左右されます。そのため、人工劣化試験と現実の条件を完璧に合致さ せるのは困難です。 引張伸度 CD CD MD MD 縦向きおよび斜めの方角にかけて検出する、N/50 mmの単位で示され る最大負荷です。 くぎ引裂き強度 素材が破損するまでの最大伸びをパーセンテージで示したもです。 目付け重量 CD MD くぎを打って縦向きおよび斜めの方角にかけて検出する、N(ニュートン) の単位で示される最大負荷です。 MD / CD：メンブレンの巻き方向に対する、縦向きまたは斜め方向の数値 198 | 蒸気制御層と通気性 | メンブレン 単位g/m2で表される単位面積当たりの重量。高い目付重量は力学的 性能の高さと耐摩耗性を保証します。
