In combination with the A2 hanger bolt, the Eurotec insulation anchor offers an ideal fixing option for rainwater downpipes, for example, without causing thermal bridges on the façade. The hanger bolt is made of A2 stainless steel and therefore promises to be corrosion-free. The insulation plug itself is made of high-quality nylon. The tip, specially developed for this application, makes it easy to drill the plug into the insulating material. No pre-drilling is necessary. The plug can be installed using a standard SW 19 spanner. A TX25 bit is required for the hanger bolt. The insulation plug is always supplied in a set with the matching A2 hanger bolt.
