1 SOFTWARE BluetoothMaster. TorkMaster. CheckMaster. BluetoothMaster offers a quick, easy and intuitive pairing process. Using BluetoothMaster and the corresponding Bluetooth Low Energy Module, the torque wrenches MANOSKOP® 714 and MANOSKOP® 766 DAPTIQ® and the tester SmartCheck DAPTIQ® can be connected seamlessly to SensoMaster, GuideMaster and CheckMaster. Users can choose between three different modes of communication: TCP/IP, direct connection or Com-Port connection. TorkMaster enables easy calibration of torque wrenches and screwdrivers in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789, with little required on the part of the user. Loading curves and the measured values are graphically displayed, and calibration certificates are printed and/or saved as a PDF. A separate calibration history can be created for each tool. With the help of the CheckMaster software, test data can be read out of the tester for documentation purposes, test certificates created and the basic settings of the SmartCheck tester changed easily. A customer database can be created for this purpose and managed conveniently on the PC. In addition to the calibration, a tool-related machine capability test (MCT) is also possible.
