1 DAPTIQ In-house testing and calibration. SmartCheck DAPTIQ® allows users to check their torque or angle-controlled torque wrenches in-house. This makes it possible to ensure that the tools operate reliably within the specified tolerance range before starting work. The SmartCheck DAPTIQ® offers an open interface for integration, such as in CAQ systems. This can be done either wirelessly via a Bluetooth module or via the USB interface. With perfectControl DAPTIQ®, STAHLWILLE offers a calibration system that can calibrate torque wrenches and anglecontrolled torque wrenches automatically, depending on the version. The user is guided through the entire test process by software. Electronic wrenches can be calibrated fully automatically for the most part. Once calibration is complete, the corresponding data is available to the higher-level Computer Aided Quality (CAQ) system for documentation. 13
