SEISMIC-REV Reduction of Earthquake Vulnerability Maanjäristyksille alttiuden vähentämistä koskevan Seismic-REV ”Reduction of Earthquake Vulnerability” -hankkeen nimenomaisena tavoitteena on vähentää puurakennusten seismistä haavoittuvuutta yleensä tutkimalla ja luonnehtimalla niiden perinteisten metalliliitosten käyttäytymistä, joita käyttäen ne on koottu, ja erityisesti ehdottamalla innovatiivista X-RAD-liitosta asuinrakennusten kokoamiseksi CLT-järjestelmää käyttäen (Cross Laminated Timber). Tutkimushankkeeseen osallistuivat Rothoblaasin ohella Istituto CNR-IVALSA di San Michele all 'Adige ja Università degli Studi di Trento, jossa koe- ja tutkimustoimet toteutettiin.
