MuLTi-fueL OiL BurnerS KG/uB • The main characteristic is the fact that in general, mineral, vegetable and animal oils can be used as fuel. • The corresponding burner settings to the combustibles can be done without special tools by changing the pre-heating temperature and the proportion between combustion air and combustible. • The energetic density of vegetable oils is close to the values of heating oils. Vegetable oils are renewable, CO2-neutral and do not contain any sulphur or heavy metals. Technology The combustible is atomized by using compressed air and comparatively large nozzle diameters in order to prevent blocking even if polluted or viscous oils are burnt. a separate fuel supply system sucks the combustible out of the storage tank and filters it. it is then preheated in the burner’s preheating tank. This also ensures that there is a constant flow of combustible and thus a constant proportion of combustion air and combustible at the ignition electrode, which in the end ensures a constant and perfect combustion. Compressed air supply if you have an existing compressed air supply, you can use it in order to feed the KG/uB burner with compressed air.
