METALWORKING START UP SERVICE BOMAR ERGONOMIC 290,258 DGANC bandsaw A fully automatic bandsaw for mitre cuts on both sides with hydraulic control unit, material feed, clamping and arm lowering. The control unit has a large display and enables the programming of up to 60 work sequences. The robust grey cast iron arm ensures better vibration damping during cutting. The machine is characterised by precise carbide blade guidance, conical bearing of the arm joint, a 27 mm high saw blade and a synchronously running brush for chip removal. The angles can be adjusted electrically from -45° to 60° in around 3 seconds, and the vices open on both sides to avoid collisions with uneven material. A continuous roller conveyor system facilitates the feeding of short pieces of material.
