HUFMESSER HOOF KNIVES RÉNETTES COLTELLI INGLESI LEGRAS D – HUFMESSER Unsere Hufmesser zeichnen sich aufgrund unserer jahrelangen Erfahrung durch eine hohe Lebensdauer und hochwertige Materialqualität aus. Um ein Hufmesser herzustellen sind ca. 20 Arbeitsgänge erforderlich. Viele dieser Arbeitsgänge, wie das Schleifen, Polieren oder Anbringen der Griffe sind Handarbeit und werden an unseren Produktionsstandorten in Deutschland durchgeführt. Entscheidend bei der Wahl des passenden Hufmessers sind das verwendete Klingenmaterial, die Härte und Flexibilität der Klinge und der ergonomisch geformte Griff. Um für möglichst viele Anwender das passende Hufmesser zu haben, führen wir unterschiedliche Klingen- und Griffformen in unserem Programm. GB – HOOF KNIVES Thanks to our many years’ experience, our hoof knives excel with their high durability and premium material quality. Around 20 working steps are required to produce a hoof knife. Many of these steps, such as grinding, polishing and attaching the handles, are done by hand, carried out at our manufacturing locations in Germany. Crucial factors in choosing the appropriate hoof knife are the material used for the blade, the hardness and flexibility of the blade and the ergonomically shaped handle. F – RÉNETTES Grâce à de longues années d‘expérience, nos rénettes se distinguent par une longue durée de vie et des matières premières de grande qualité. Plus de 20 étapes différentes sont nécessaires à la fabrication d‘une rénette. La plupart de ces étapes, telles que l’affûtage, le polissage et la fixation du manche sont effectuées à la main sur nos sites de production en Allemagne. Lors du choix de la rénette qu‘il vous faut, il convient d‘accorder une attention particulière au matériau constituant la lame, à la dureté et à la flexibilité de la lame ainsi qu‘à la forme ergonomique du manche. Afin de proposer une rénette appropriée à un maximum d‘utilisateurs, notre gamme comprend des lames et des manches aux formes les plus variées. I – COLTELLI INGLESI Grazie alla nostra pluriennale esperienza i nostri coltelli inglesi si distinguono per una maggiore durata e l’elevata qualità del materiale. Per la fabbricazione di un coltello inglese sono necessarie ca. 20 fasi di lavorazione. Molti di questi procedimenti come la rettifica, la levigatura e l‘applicazione delle impugnature sono eseguiti a mano nelle nostre sedi di produzione in Germania. Per la scelta del coltello inglese più adatto sono determinanti il materiale usato per la lama, la durezza e la flessibilità della lama e l’impugnatura ergonomica. Per avere il coltello inglese adatto al maggior numero di utenti possibile, abbiamo nel nostro programma diverse forme di lame e impugnature. ES – LEGRAS Gracias a nuestra experiencia de años, nuestras legras destacan por su larga vida útil y la excelente calidad del material empleado. Para fabricar una legra son necesarios cerca de 20 ciclos de trabajo. Muchos de estos ciclos, como el afilado, el pulido o la colocación del mango se realizan manualmente en nuestras plantas de producción de Alemania. A la hora de elegir la legra adecuado, el material, la dureza y la flexibilidad de la hoja y el mango ergonómico resultan decisivos.
