The modular drive systems in the ErgoMove series consist of electrically-driven fixed castors, standardised controls and Blickle cockpit solutions. They are used for high-performance applications where ergonomics is an important factor. The physical strain on the operator is reduced significantly during internal material transport due to considerably less amount of effort required compared to manual operation. The ErgoMove drive systems are designed for a variety of transport equipment, trailer systems and special applications with an overall weight of up to 4,000 kg. The high thrust of up to 2 x 55 daN ensures that the operator uses much less force. The integrated dead man’s brake system guarantees safe operation in accordance with DIN EN 1175-1 (safety of industrial trucks-Electrical requirements).
