21 companies belong to this cooperative. Each of these companies is a specialist in a certain product category. The cooperative as a strong umbrella maintains the brand name and is responsible for marketing, sales and logistics. Two subsidiaries emerged from the STUBAI tool industry:
STUBAI ZMV GmbH – Headquarters for Marketing and Sales & STUBAI KSHB GmbH – Production
