Hi g h Pr e ci si o n Di a l Ga u g e Our High Precision Dial Gauges are high-resolution gauges w ith 0.001 m m or 0.002 m m graduations and 0.2 m m m easuring distance per pointer revolution. The high m agnification gear train and high-resolution dials allow a very precise reading of the m easured value. The w ell thought-out design as w ell as the extrem ely precise, w hile robust in operation, execution of our High Precision Dial Gauges w ith precision gear m ovem ent guarantee for their reliability and long service life. The follow ing quality features apply to our entire m anufacturing program m e: 쐍 Highly responsive m ovem ents. 쐍 Precisely m atched m easuring spindles and stem s to m inim ise lateral play. 쐍 All gear pivots run in high-class ruby bearings. 쐍 Lifting cap to raise the plunger easily and to prevent ingress of contam inants. 쐍 All w aterproof and w ater protected m odels have a threaded protection sleeve to prevent ingress of contam inants. 쐍 All shockproof m odels contain an effective im pact protection sleeve. 쐍 Dim ensions according to DIN EN ISO 463 (except w aterproof and w aterprotected m odels) As standard High Precision Dial Gauges are m anu factured w ith m easuring ranges up to 5 m m . How ever the gear m ovem ents can accom m odate ranges up to 12 m m . Please contact us if you require longer m easuring ranges. DIN 878 does not include these High Precision Dial Gauges. They are subject to a strict m anufacturing standard. For the High Precision Dial Gauges w ith precision gear m ovem ents listed in the follow ing table our w orks standard 0.0500.9.0001 applies.
