The success story of our owner-operated family business began with its establishment in 1949 by Robert Wolff. Since then, the wolfcraft brand has been synonymous with quality driven by manufacturing expertise. With 600 employees, a strong development department and a total of 10,500 square metres of production space in Weibern and Malé Dvorníky, we generate most of our value added in-house. We can thus offer both the retailers and the end user high-quality, controlled production from a single source. When it comes to developing retail concepts, we are guided in equal measure by the requirements of the end user and the objectives of the retailers. Strong focus on service – needs-based assortment design with high profitability per unit area To increase sales opportunities and ensure optimal profitability per unit area, we support our retail partners with professional, software-assisted category management. We optimise your sales with individually combinable assortment modules. We ensure customer-specific assortment planning and fitting out through our own merchandisers within the sales organisation, and also insist on the regular exchange of information and feedback discussions with retailers. This results in valuable insights that always help to further improve the service and the sales successes at a high level. Europa-wide customer service and sales representatives With five subsidiaries, wolfcraft is represented in 36 countries worldwide. In Germany and Europe, DIY stores and specialist retailers receive personal attention from our competent sales to ensure effective support. And we also attach great importance to service in the after sales area. After buying our products, every end user can rely on professional support to provide assistance in the event of questions or problems. Our Customer Service Team can provide advice in many difference languages. If necessary, issues can be escalated to the Technical Customer Service – this is how we develop solutions quickly and relieve the pressure on the retailers. 3
