The HVZ-UNI-II is the universal alternative to the HVZ hydraulic laying pliers, which have proven themselves thousands of times. Even more versatile in its application, even more robust in design and even easier to adjust to the paving stone layer, it embodies the consistent implementation of decades of experience in paving technology. The significantly increased displacement force enables the mostly untoothed stone layers to be moved even more easily into the runner structure. Equipped as standard: - With universally adjustable main span, can be moved in parallel on a maintenance-free steel-polyamide slide guide. - With adjustable secondary span for precise formation of the laying formation (forming device). - Height-adjustable support for adjusting the gripping depth for different stone thicknesses. - With 2-point suspension and spring to dampen the fluctuations caused by the driving movement. - Additional chain for tilting the pliers, making it easier to pick up and precisely lay the stone layer. - Hand turning device locks after 90°. - Hydraulic pressure relief valve - Oil pressure gauge - Individually sprung steel slats as gripping elements to ensure that the individual stones are held securely even with large laying units. Jaw length L in a grid dimension of 50 mm variable up to approx. 1,350 mm. - Handles for optimal guidance of the pliers. Handles can be quickly removed to adapt to confined spaces.
