Johann Eberhard Ges.m.b.H, with the western Styrian drill factory in Austria and the sales company FISCH®ToolsFrance in France, specializes in the production of high-quality drilling, countersinking and milling tools. Around 80 employees produce over 2 million drills, countersinks and milling cutters of the highest quality every year. Quality from Austria The FISCH® brand has stood for high-quality tools for woodworking for 70 years. The excellent reputation that our products enjoy worldwide is based on three important pillars: - High-quality raw materials - Excellent workmanship - Consistent further development Whether in the selection of our suppliers, production in our modern production facilities or delivery to our customers - we have quality controls in our Company top priority. Quality starts with the material.

The most important requirement for high quality products is the careful selection of the raw material. We only use European steels that are standardized in their composition and processing and are therefore constant in their quality. When soldering the composite materials, only silver solders of the purest and highest quality are used. This lays the foundation for the consistent high quality of our tools. Every year, more than 700 tons of steel are processed at our Austrian production site, some of which are forged and hardened in the company. FISCH® brand tools are made from tool steel, high-performance high-speed steel (HSS), tool steel with carbide tipping, but also from solid carbide and ceramics.

The best raw material is only as good as the employees in the company allow it to be. At FISCH®, we are rightly proud to meet the highest standards in processing. We don't meet standards, we set them! We are one of the few companies in the industry that still produces in Austria and can therefore deliver real Austrian quality. The fact that we are still forging various drills and thus achieve significantly better product properties sets us apart from all our competitors. We understand our trade and, in addition to standard tools, we also offer our customers custom-made products tailored to individual needs and have been for 70 years!

Research and Development.

Since 1946 we have been developing high-tech products in the field of machining technology using the most modern manufacturing techniques. Our drilling, countersinking and milling tools were and are designed for applications in wood, aluminum and composite materials. In close cooperation with universities, technical colleges as well as national and international research companies on the one hand and technology carriers for materials, coatings and processing methods on the other, we succeed in continuously improving existing products , but also to develop future-oriented new solutions. Together with our customers it is possible for us to continuously optimize cutting performance and service life of our products through experimental research.
