Bei PFB und Gewindelängen l 0 < l 2 verkürzt sich l 2 so, dass am Gewindeende ein bis zwei Gewindegänge nicht beschichtet sind. Beschreibung Die Polyamid-Beschichtung PFB ist ein Verfahren, bei dem ein elastischer Kunststoff (Polyamid) auf einen Teilbereich des Gewindes aufgebracht wird; dieser erzeugt beim Einschrauben eine klemmende Wirkung. Die Beschichtung kann sowohl als Fleck- wie auch als Rundumbeschichtung ausgeführt werden. Der axiale Spielraum zwischen Schrauben und Muttergewinde wird durch das Polyamid ausgefüllt und erzielt so eine hohe Flächenpressung zwischen den gegenüberliegenden, unbeschichteten Gewindeflanken. Dadurch wird dem selbständigen Lockern und Lösen entgegengewirkt. - Temperaturbeständig von – 60 °C bis 120 °C - Freigabe für den Lebensmittelbereich - Hohe Chemikalienbeständigkeit - Verwendung auch in z. B. durch Öl verschmutzten Gewindebohrungen möglich - Mehrfachverwendung ist möglich, wobei die Klemmwirkung nach dem 5. Ausschrauben noch etwa 50 % des ursprünglichen Wertes beträgt. Hinweis Merkmale Bei federnden Druckstücken GN 615.3 ( Seite 977) wird die Polyamid-Fleckbeschichtung als Ausführung angeboten. Zur Kennzeichnung der Formen K und KN ist die Beschichtung blau; bei Form KS und KSN (verstärkter Federdruck) grün ausgeführt. - Hohe Sicherungswirkung, rüttelfest. Hervorragend geeignet für Justierschrauben. Bei Schraubstopfen GN 252 und GN 252.5 ( Seite 1063) ist die Polyamid-Rundumbeschichtung als Form erhältlich. Es ist keinerlei Aushärtezeit erforderlich, die Gewindeverbindung ist sofort belastbar. Die typische Sprüh-Randzone sichert die Polyamid-Auflage gegen Abscheren. - Die Sicherung ist unverlierbarer Bestandteil des Normteils, sie erspart die Montage zusätzlicher Sicherungsmittel.
