Baureihe standard 01 | Druckluftaufbereitung Groß-Druckregler G 1 ½ – G 2 Druckregler regulieren den Leitungsdruck (p₁) einer Druckluftanlage auf den eingestellten Arbeitsdruck / Sekundärdruck (p₂) und halten diesen weitgehend konstant, unabhängig von Druckschwankungen und Luftverbrauch. Vorgesteuerter Druckregler in Membranbauart. Sekundärentlüftung (Rücksteuerung) und weitgehende Vordruckunabhängigkeit ist gegeben. Regelbereiche für p₂ von 0,5 – 6, 10, 16, 25 und 35 bar. Zwei Manometer (für Vor- und Hinterdruck [ p₁ und p₂]), vorder- und rückseitig montierbar. Halterungs-Set als Zubehör erhältlich. Anschlussgewinde G 1 ½ bis G 2. Hinweis: Um Ausfälle zu vermeiden, sollte ein Druckluftfilter vorgeschaltet werden. Auch zur Verwendung mit neutralen und ungiftigen Gasen geeignet. Fernsteuerbare Ausführung auf Anfrage erhältlich. Einsatzbereiche: Schiffstechnik, Maschinen und Anlagenbau, Fluidtechnik, Einsatz in Fertigungslinien bei der Herstellung von PET-Flaschen, Allgemein, wenn hohe Durchflusswerte bei konstantem Druck erforderlich sind.
