Glow Plugs / Spark Plugs KL-0132-55 K Glow Plug Tool Set (Universal), M8x1 KL-0132-55 K Suitable for glow plug thread M8x1, e.g. on Mercedes OM639, OM640, OM642, OM651 and Fiat 1.3 JTD, 2.3 JTD, 3.0 JTD. The universal glow plug tool set KL-0132-55 K enables the quick and easy drilling out of damaged or broken-off glow plugs. The glow plug, respectively the top part of the glow plug, is drilled out or drilled up with the aid of the pilot drill. Next, the original thread is recut and cleaned by means of the special screw tap. The residual glow plug body can then be extracted using the screw tap or a puller bolt in conjunction with a slide hammer puller such as the KL-0049-100. The tool set also contains two special guide sleeves for Fiat JTD and Mercedes CDI engines. These sleeves ensure precise alignment and guidance as well as accurate drilling depth.
