Quality from Austria. For 70 years, the FISCH® brand has stood for the highest quality tools for woodworking. The outstanding reputation which our products enjoy worldwide is built on three key pillars: – High quality raw materials – Excellent workmanship – Constant evolution significantly better product characteristics also sets us apart from all of our competitors. We understand our craft and, alongside standard tools, also offer our customers custom made products tailored to their individual needs– and have done so for 70 years! Quality begins with the material. The most important prerequisite for high quality products is the careful selection of the raw materials. We use exclusively European steel which is standardised in its composition and processing and is thus verifiably consistent in quality. Even in the soldering of the composite, we only use the purest and highest quality silver solder. This provides the foundation for the consistently high quality of our tools. Every year, more than 700 tonnes of steel are processed at our Austrian production site, the steel is to some extent forged and even tempered inhouse. FISCH® brand tools are made from tool steel, highpowered highspeed steel (HSS) and carbide tipped tool steel as well as from solid carbide and ceramic. Research and development. Since 1946, we have used the latest manufacturing techniques to develop hightech products in the field of chipping technology. Our drilling, countersinking and milling tools were and are designed for use on wood, aluminium and composite materials. In close collaboration with universities, technical colleges and national and international research companies on the one hand and technology drivers for tools, coatings and processing methods on the other, we have been able to continually improve existing products as well as developing pioneering new solutions. Together with our customers we are able to continuously optimise the cutting performance and service life of our products through experimental research. With know-how for success. The best starting material is only as good as the employees in the factory let it be. At FISCH®, therefore, we are justifiably proud that we also meet the absolute highest expectations in processing as well. We don‘t meet standards we set them! We are thus one of the few companies in the industry to still be manufacturing in Austria and so to be able to deliver real Austrian quality. Whether in the selection of our suppliers, manufacturing in our modern production systems or delivery to our customers – quality control is the top priority in our company. Each individual production step in our modern CNC production systems is monitored and controlled in accordance with the ISO 9001 certification.
