COMPRESSED AIR TECHNOLOGY Dry ice blasting machine - DRY ICE 2 The dry ice blasting unit DRY-ICE 2 is the right choice for those companies who want to use the advantages of dry ice cleaning on smaller surfaces, workpieces and components without having to resort to large air volumes and thus to powerful and costly compressors. DRY-ICE 2 is the right device for daily cleaning of production systems, electronic components and occasional cleaning of soiled parts and devices. The required air capacity One of the most important advantages of the DRY-ICE 2 - apart from the low price of the device - is the fact that it can be used with the factory compressed air supply. Most companies have a compressor that delivers a pressure of around 7 to 8 bar at a flow rate of 500 to 3,000 litres/min. This is sufficient to achieve the desired results for most of the cleaning work with the DRY-ICE 2. The prerequisite is of course dry compressed air (refrigerant dryer required!). Almost no noise With the DRY-ICE 2 it is also possible to carry out dry ice cleaning at workplaces where other people work. At low working pressure or low air volume it is even possible to work without hearing protection. Nozzles & blasting hose The standard aluminium nozzles with 4 and 5 mm are designed in such a way that it is possible to work with a small amount of air. Together with the lightweight 5 metre ½“ blasting hose, the user is provided with easy-to-use equipment. ICE CRUSHER For crushing commercial 3 mm pellets to 1-2 mm.
