The key features and customisation options include: Operating temperature range and limits Depending on the requirements, the chiller can be configured either for comfort cooling (e.g. in office buildings or residential complexes) or for process cooling (e.g. in industrial applications). Hydraulic design The chillers can be equipped with various hydraulic systems, including a storage tank and pumps in different pressure stages, to meet the performance and efficiency requirements. Noise design For applications where noise levels are a concern, the chillers can be equipped with special soundproofing or quieter versions. These modular customisation options allow the REMKO chiller to be perfectly tailored to the specific needs and requirements in various areas, such as building air conditioning or industrial process cooling. Chillers without media components In the basic version, the devices only have a basic set of hydraulic equipment. This version makes sense if the pump and tank are already available on site. The unit can therefore be integrated into an existing system while previously existing components can continue to be used. Chillers with pump and membrane expansion vessel The unit version with pump lets you integrate the unit into an existing system in which a tank system already exists. If a hydraulic system with tank exists, this system can be supplied with cooled medium by the chiller. Depending on the unit series, pumps are also available in different pressure stages so that the pump can be selected for the requirements of the respective application. Chillers with tank, pump and membrane expansion vessel In addition to a special requirement on the pipe network or savings on glycol indoors, there are many reasons to hydraulically separate a chiller from the overall system.
