COATED ABRASIVE SPECIALTIES SPIRAL BANDS DynaCutTM zirconia alumina spirals bands (no-lap bands) are one of the best product shapes for grinding, deburring, heavy stock removal, blending surface imperfections, shaping and finishing where a smooth running abrasive surface is needed. The spiral “no-lap” construction eliminates chatter marks enabling the operator to achieve tight tolerances finishing curved, concave, convex and other hard to reach surfaces. Used with expanding rubber wheels and spindle mounted slotted wheels, DynaCutTM spiral bands are easy to change from grit to grit. Stocked in the most commonly used grits, of 36, 60, 80 and 120.
