ACCESSORIES ACCESSORIES FOR OPTIMIZATION Air tools all require specific air volume and pressure to reach their full production and efficiency potential. Using Dynabrade air delivery accessories like Mega-Flow couplers and plugs will help ensure tools do not stall under working load and operate at recommended speeds. Dynaswivels® create a “universal joint” that connects an air tool to an airline, increasing maneuverability, reduces operator fatigue and extends hose life. Using a F-R-L will filter, regulate, and lubricate the air entering the motor chamber preserving critical components from exposure to dirt and water, ensures adequate air pressure, and increases the longevity of the air tool. BACKING PAD INNOVATION Backing Pads are more than a component that an abrasive disc or sheet attaches to; they are a critical component to creating the finest, most consistent surface finishes. Dynabrade random orbital Backing Pads are weight-mated to each pad diameter, reducing vibration that leads to poor finishes and ergonomic concerns for the user. The single-piece hub design is a feature pioneered by Dynabrade that further reduces pad vibration and contributes to extended tool life and dependability. Extreme Backing Pads are the newest innovation is vacuum sanding employing a hybrid dust collection method. The teal Backing Pads utilize vacuum holes and channels that direct dusts to the center of the pad where suction and pickup is greatest, increasing abrasive life by reducing buildup. CLEAN AIR EQUIPMENT Capturing dust as it is being created in the sanding process is the best way to ensure airborne particulates do not become dust nibs on a newly painted surface elsewhere in a shop. HEPA filtration is utilized in all dry Dynabrade Raptor Vacs® and helps ensure that even very fine dusts are captured before they can settle and contaminate a work piece, be inhaled by a technician, or cause a fire or explosion in the case of some metallic dusts found in modern vehicles.
