After a personal login you will get an overview of the current status and location of your cranes. In addition, the master and performance data of each crane are shown in a detailed view. Statistics on how the crane was used and performed can also be called up. In addition to the visualization and evaluation of the device data, the portal provides information about upcoming inspection dates and events. Technical documents, such as data sheets, operating instructions or maintenance plans, and the contact information of your direct contact persons are also stored centrally. On the new online platform, you can also view the current position of your cranes at any time and receive a configurable theft notification as soon as the cranes leave a previously defined radius of action. In addition, thanks to the location determination via GPS, it is possible to track the travelling route of the cranes. For data acquisition, the connected cranes are equipped with an integrated remote maintenance module that transmits the information to a central cloud via mobile phone network. The continuously transmitted diagnostic data and sensor values as well as the service history stored in the portal enable a differentiated remote maintenance and well-founded technical support by the Böcker customer service.
