Durch die Verwendung von hartem Zirkonium sind diese Bänder ideal für sehr hohen Druck geeignet und liefern überdurchschnittliche Abtragsleistungen. Aktive Kühlmittel in der Bindung reduzieren die Wärmeentwicklung während des Schleifens. Eine Besonderheit dieser Tyrolit Bänder ist, dass sie auch bei Nassanwendungen mit Öl, Emulsion oder Wasser verwendet werden können und dennoch beste Ergebnisse liefern.
