WARRANTY All Polet tools are guaranteed against manufacturing defects, in normal use for which they are intended. Notwithstanding that the quality of the products is closely monitored, there can be an exceptional problem. A FEW EXAMPLES OF WARRANTY: • • • • a piece of the steel part of the tool breaks the socket of a spade tears or the rivet comes loose the handle breaks across (bad wood) loosening of a glued fiberglass handle WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY: • • • • tools that have clearly been used extensively for a long time bent tools sledgehammers and splitting mauls where the handle has obvious traces of miss hitting clear misuse of the tool: a spade may not be used as a lever, a bent spade or a handle that bursts in the longitudinal direction is a clear proof of misuse. There are standards and descriptions for warranty. You can ask us a copy of these standards. A replacement can only be made once the defective tool has been returned to us and checked by our after sales service. RETURN REGULATION Tools that must be returned in case of warranty or as an error in the order or delivery must be accompanied by a return slip. Badly damaged returned goods can only be partially compensated. Always contact your representative first to discuss the return arrangement. If you are an end user, we recommend that you always contact your point of sale first.
