The HAILO Guard Rail System provides made-to measure solutions for fall prevention on structures and plant installations that conform to standards and supplement the HAILO Professional safety portfolio. Die Entwicklung eines modularen Geländersystems ist unsere Antwort auf die Wünsche und den Bedarf vieler unserer Kunden. Das Systemgeländer ist in vier Materialvarianten (Edelstahl V2A und V4A, Stahl feuerverzinkt und Aluminium) erhältlich und deckt somit einen Großteil des Bedarfs ab. Durch die clevere Konstruktion und durchdachte Verbindungstechnik sind die Module in jedem Winkel montierbar und beliebig erweiterbar. Die Montage der Geländermodule kann sowohl seitlich an der Wand (Typ MVV) als auch mit einem Befestigungsflansch am Boden (MVO) erfolgen. Das Systemgeländer ist in fünf Standardbreiten lagervorrätig und kann schnell und einfach geplant und montiert werden. Zwischengrößen, Abschluss- und Ergänzungselemente werden – auf das jeweilige Projekt angepasst – kurzfristig gefertigt. We have developed our modular guard rail system in response to the requirements and needs of many of our customers. The system is available in four choices of material (stainless steel AISI 304 and AISI 316 Ti, galvanised steel and aluminium) to cover most needs. Its smart design and cleverly conceived linking systems allow the modules to be mounted at all angles and extended as required. The guard rail modules can be either mounted to the side of the wall (type FIF/MVV) or secured to the floor with a flange (FFA/MVO). The guard rail system is supplied ex-stock in five standard widths and is quick and easy to plan and install.
