ISG 4410 WK-HL Der Schwergewichtsmeister – Schrumpffutter bis 40 kg The Heavyweight Champion – Shrink Chucks up to 40 kg Das ISG 4410WK-HL wurde speziell für die Schwerzerspanung ausgelegt. Durch die optional schwenkbare Spulenführung ist eine Beladung des Schrumpfgerätes mit Hilfe einer Hebeeinrichtung leicht möglich. Der Spulenturm schwenkt optional nach jedem Schrumpf-zyklus vollautomatisch um 90 Grad von der Schrumpfposition seitlich weg. Schrumpffutter und Werkzeug können bis zu einem Gewicht von 40 kg ein- und ausgeschrumpft werden. Aufgrund der komplexen Anforderungen wurde eigens ein Konzept entwickelt, das ein Höchstmaß an Anwendersicherheit und Bedienkomfort bietet. Der komplette Werkzeugwechsel-Prozess ist automatisiert und extrem zeitsparend. Zur Abkühlung der erhitzten Schrumpffutter fährt der Faltenbalg vollautomatisch von unten aus dem Gehäuse. Die Schrumpffutter werden mittels Emulsion abgekühlt und anschließend mit Druckluft getrocknet. The ISG 4410 WK- HL has been specially designed for heavy machining. An optional pivoting coil guide means that a loading of the shrink machine with a lever system is easy. After each shrinking cycle the coil tower moves as an option radially away from the shrinking position at a 90° angle. Shrink chucks and tools can be shrunk in and out up to a maximum weight of 40 kg. Due to the complex requirements, a concept was developed that offers maximum user safety and ease of use. The complete tool change process is automated and extremely time-saving. To cool the heated shrink chuck, the bellows moves fully automatically upwards from the housing. The shrink chucks are cooled by means of emulsion and then dried with compressed air.
