Hobby 300 Super The Hobby 300 Super table lathe features a brushless DC- motor, allowing smooth operation and a consistent spindle drive. The attractive price-benefit ratio makes this model ideal for model-makers and amateurs. • DC-Motor allows ideal torque at low speed range • High-quality bearings ensure high spindle concentricity (better than 0,015 mm) • Ideal for working on steel, non-ferrous materials and plastics • Serially equipped with leadscrew for thread cutting and automatic longitudinal feed • Spindle bedded with 2 adjustable tapered roller bearings • Powerful DC-Motor with drive of 500 W • Only one speed range, no adjustment necessary • Application range includes: thread cutting, longitudinal, face and internal turning etc. • Change gears for metric thread cutting comes standard HOBBY Cross slide / top support can be equipped with digital display to allow for easy readout of travel. For accurate speed adjustment the machine can be equipped with digital speed readout. Spindle speed is steplessly adjustable, comes with left and right rotation.
