Description du produit

Zur Vorbehandlung von nichtsaugenden Untergründen, Kunststoffen (ABS, PVC-hart, PA6.6, GFK, SMC, PUR), lackierten Oberflächen, Metallen (Alu, Stahl VA-Stahl, Messing, Zink, Weißblech) sowie Elastomeren (EPDM).

Oberflaechenvorbehandlung: Die zu behandelnden Oberflächen müssen trocken, sauber, staub- und fettfrei (z.B. WEICON Oberflächen-Reiniger) sein.

Verarbeitung: WEICON Primer vor Gebrauch gut schütteln und mit einem sauberen Tuch dünn auftragen. Ablüftzeiten beachten:
  • Primer M 100 mind. 10 Min., max. 24 Std.
  • Primer K 200 mind. 10 Min., max. 24 Std.
  • Primer S 300 mind. 60 Min., max. 4 Std.
  • Primer P 400 mind. 10 Min., max. 1 Std.
  • Primer E 500 mind. 60 Min., max. 8 Std.
Die anschließende Verklebung sollte innerhalb der vorgegebenen Zeitspanne erfolgen. Nicht zu kurz ablüften lassen. Bei längerer Lagerzeit oder zwischenzeitlicher Verschmutzung Klebeflächen erneut reinigen bzw. primern. Bei unbekannten Materialien ist eine Eignungs- und Verträglichkeitsprüfung unerlässlich.
