Description du produit

PFERD fiber grinders are manufactured in accordance with ISO 16057 in form A1 version F under the name ”vulcanized fiber grinder”. For highly aggressive grinding with ultimate stock removal performance on steel materials and hard materials while also having an extremely long service life. Ultimate, constant top performance thanks to the VICTOGRAIN abrasive grain. The VICTOGRAIN abrasive grains are fixed to the carrier with one side of the triangle. This means they are particularly firmly embedded and, in conjunction with the slim shape, offer an extremely large chip space, making the machining process even more efficient. The structural design of the VICTOGRAIN triangles is also specially adapted. The very small crystals within the triangle offer optimal wear behavior: very sharp cutting edges are always available, but only a necessary minimum of the abrasive grain/triangle breaks away. The combination of these properties offers the user ultimate, constant top performance with cool grinding and an extremely long service life with uniform surface roughness of the workpiece.
  • Use fiber grinders in accordance with ISO 15636 with a backing pad on standard angle grinders.
  • Use grinding oil suitable for the material to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tools.
