Description du produit

For universal grinding tasks on components made of aluminum, copper, bronze, titanium and fiber-reinforced plastics. Particularly recommended for use on titanium alloys. Ideal for the aircraft industry when only SiC is permitted for machining drive components, for example. COMBIDISC grinding discs of the RS design are ideal for grinding rear repair welds, e.g. in cases, slots and grooves of engines, as well as for machining welded combustor plates. Unlike conventional grinding discs, the grinding coating is on the underside of the tool, which enables work to be carried out from the back.
  • Use COMBIDISC sanding sheets with sanding sheet holder on flexible shaft drives with angle handpieces, small pneumatic or electric angle grinders.
  • Use grinding oil suitable for the material to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tools.
  • Guide the tool to the area to be worked on. Do not press it down when grinding, but pull it towards you.
  • For optimal use of the grinding surface, use the SBHR 20 or SBHR 25 sanding sheet holders.
  • Always use the RS sanding sheets at the specified optimal speed and do not base your work on the maximum permissible speeds of the SBHR 20 or SBHR 25 holders.
