Description du produit

The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing plate and a stable holder on the back of the tool. With the backing plate, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in a workpiece temperature that is up to 30% lower, 25% higher cutting performance, 30% longer service life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. Can be used universally for surface processing of medium and large metal surfaces, e.g. removing pre-grinding marks, removing oxidation and light deburring work. Achieve matt and satin-matt surfaces.
  • Use COMBICLICK fleece discs with the COMBICLICK backing pad on speed-adjustable angle grinders.
  • For best performance, use at a recommended cutting speed of 15-20 m/s. This achieves an ideal compromise between removal rate, surface quality, temperature load on the workpiece and tool wear.
  • When grinding, the addition of oil or water produces an even finer surface, cooler grinding and a longer service life.
