Description du produit

The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing plate and a stable holder on the back of the tool. With the backing plate, COMBICLICK tools can be used on standard angle grinders. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high air flow, which significantly reduces the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system, the robust holder, the secure locking of the tool and the integrated cooling system result in a workpiece temperature that is up to 30% lower, 25% higher cutting performance, 30% longer service life and better utilization of the abrasive compared to conventional tools. PFERD fiber grinders are manufactured in accordance with ISO 16057 in form A1 version F under the name ”vulcanized fiber grinder”. Very flexible and adaptable due to their outer contour. Cutting into the workpiece is prevented. Grinding-active additives in the coating achieve a significantly higher removal rate, prevent clogging and result in cooler grinding.
  • Use COMBICLICK fiber sanders with the COMBICLICK backing pad on standard angle grinders.
  • Use grinding oil suitable for the material to significantly increase the service life and grinding performance of the tools.
  • Only use the CC-GT 115-125 backing pad with M14 or 5/8” thread to maintain flexibility at the edge of the fiber sander.
