With the innovative ALLROUND toothing, PFERD has developed unique milling cutters for versatile use on the most important materials such as steel and cast steel, stainless steel (INOX), non-ferrous metals and cast iron. The ALLROUND toothing has all the advantages of the proven 3 PLUS toothing, but surpasses it in terms of its cutting performance by up to 30% when used on steel. It enables comfortable working with reduced vibrations and less noise. The ALLROUND toothing is also characterized by noticeable time savings and high cost-effectiveness. Cylindrical round-shaped milling cutter according to DIN 8032. Combination of cylindrical and spherical geometries.
  • If possible, use the tools on powerful drives with elastically mounted spindles to avoid vibrations.
  • Observe the speed recommendations.
  • For economical use of milling cutters, work in the upper speed/cutting speed range. Use milling cutters with a shaft diameter of 3 mm on drives with an output of 75 to 300 watts.
