PFERD carbide copy burrs are ideal for leveling out raised areas such as weld seams. Thanks to the non-toothed area, the weld seam can be adjusted to the level of the surrounding surface without damaging it. Copy burrs are used specifically for repairing cutting and punching knives in tool and mold making. Carbide copy burrs with toothing 4 are designed for coarse machining. Blunt cone-shaped burr tapered towards the shaft. WKN angle burrs are particularly suitable for machining punching tools that are used for aluminum machining.
- For precise contour guidance, copy milling cutters with guide aids can be used.
- Observe the speed recommendations.
- For economical use of milling cutters, work in the upper speed/cutting speed range. Use milling cutters with a shaft diameter of 6 mm on drives with a power of 300 watts or more.
