Carbide milling cutters with MICRO teeth are specially designed for fine machining and are used in areas where grinding cutters are used. They offer a higher machining performance and produce a high surface quality, especially compared to conventional milled surfaces. At the same time, they operate with little vibration and little noise. They retain their geometry over their entire service life. They are ideal for machining tasks using both hand and machine tools. Almost all materials up to a hardness of 68 HRC can be machined. Set 1312 MICRO contains three carbide milling cutters for fine machining in the most common shapes and dimensions. The shatter-proof plastic box protects the tools from dirt and damage.
- Particularly suitable for fine machining, very fine cleaning work, corrections in tool and mold making or for sharpening cutting tools.
- If possible, use the tools on powerful drives with elastically mounted spindles to avoid vibrations.
- Observe the speed recommendations.
