DYNAMIK FÜR DIE LÖSUNG Als langfristig orientiertes Familienunternehmen hat sich SKYLOTEC durch Innovationen, Markterschließungen aber auch nicht zuletzt durch erfolgreiche Unternehmensübernahmen zu dem Komplettanbieter in allen Bereichen des professionellen Arbeitsschutzes in der Höhe entwickelt. Beispielsweise gehört mit der Übernahme von SECUPOHL auch die Produktmarke Sekurant® mittlerweile zu SKYLOTEC, die bekannteste Marke für Einzelanschlagpunkte, die auf die Erfindung dieser Produktkategorie in die 1970er Jahre zurück geht. Mit der Übernahme der italienischen Aluminiumschmiede Aludesign, wurde unsere Unabhängigkeit gegenüber asiatischen Lieferketten durch eine verbesserte Fertigungstiefe gestärkt und SKYLOTEC zu Europas größtem Hersteller von Karabinerhaken. Mit weiteren Investitionen in das Schmiedewerk in Bergamasco/ Italien stellen wir die Produktion zukunftsfähig auf und steigern die globale Wettbewerbsfähigkeit. Die Integration der Marke ACTSAFE im Jahr 2020 führte zur Markt- und Technologieführerschaft im Bereich batteriebetriebener Personenwinden. Die Kombination dieser Technologie mit konventionellen Produkten zur Seilzugangstechnik schafft ein einzigartiges Produktprogramm für die Höhenarbeit und revolutioniert die gesamte Seilzugangstechnik. In diesem Jahr stellen wir in diesem Segment ein weiteres Familienmitglied vor, dass unser Produktangebot vervollständigt und die Anforderungen in weiteren Anwenderbereichen erfüllt. For instance, the acquisition of SECUPOHL brought the Sekurant® product brand under the SKYLOTEC umbrella, the most renowned brand for single anchorage points, dating back to the invention of this product category in the 1970s. With the acquisition of the Italian aluminum forge Aludesign, we bolstered our independence from Asian supply chains by enhancing manufacturing depth, making SKYLOTEC Europe‘s largest manufacturer of carabiners. Further investments in the forging plant in Bergamasco, Italy, ensure the future sustainability of production and boost global competitiveness. The integration of the ACTSAFE brand in 2020 led to market and technology leadership in the field of battery-operated personal winches. Combining this technology with conventional rope access products creates a unique product range for work at height and revolutionises the entire rope access industry. This year, we introduce another addition to this family, completing our product offer and meeting the requirements of additional user segments. ZUVERLÄSSIG ALS PARTNER Von der Idee bis zur endgültigen Herstellung haben wir uns konsequent für „Made in Europe“ in eigenen Fertigungsstandorten entschieden. Sämtliche Produktionsschritte decken wir konsequent autonom ab. Angefangen von Weben, Nähen und Flechten bis hin zum Schmieden, CNC- Fräsen, Schweißen, Nieten, Lasern und Eloxieren benötigen wir keine externe Ressource. Die dazu benötigten Rohstoffe stammen aus Deutschland und der EU. Langfristige Verträge mit europäischen Lieferanten gewährleisten eine zuverlässige Versorgung. Dank dieser ganzheitlichen Philosophie entstehen nicht nur die richtigen Produkte für professionelle Anwender, sondern gleichzeitig auch ein tiefes Know-how in unseren Teams, die die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden in der professionellen, vertikalen Arbeitsund Rettungswelt verstehen, bewerten und auch zukünftig innovativ lösen werden. 4 RELIABLE AS A PARTNER From the initial concept to final production, we have consistently chosen „Made in Europe“ in our own manufacturing facilities. We autonomously cover all production processes, from weaving, sewing, and braiding to forging, CNC- milling, welding, riveting, laser cutting, and anodizing. We require no external resources. The raw materials we use come from Germany and the EU, and long-term contracts with European suppliers ensure a dependable supply. Thanks to this holistic philosophy, we not only create the right products for professional users but also develop deep expertise within our teams. They understand, assess, and innovatively solve the challenges of our customers in the professional vertical work and rescue world.
