HELM Hardware for Sliding Shutters Test reports | Resistance against Wind Load The HELM sliding shutter hardware has been tested according to DIN EN 13659 for "resistance against wind load". General information We are pleased to place the test report 120 32988/2U as well as the expert opinion 155 32988 at your disposal. Overview of the tested hardware The following hardware was tested by ift Rosenheim: • sliding hardware HELM 80 straight running, up to 60 kg leaf weight • sliding Hardware HELM 140 straight running, up to 80 kg leaf weight • sliding hardware HELM 150 straight running, up to 120 kg leaf weight Note: In case of heavy and big leaves (from 2 m2) we recommend to cushion the leaves in the centre by an additional end stop. This is especially recommendable when several shutters in one track run without intermediate stop and hit the end stop simultaneously. In case of shutters higher than 2.5 m two end stops should be incorporated that are each positioned in the centre of the top and bottom half of the shutters.
