BF: Hardpressed Feltpad BF: Gewalkter FILZBELAG Der Filzbelag verfügt über ähnliche Eigenschaften wie der schwarze Belag und wird für den Erhalt einer feinen Oberflächenstruktur bzw. glatten Oberflächen bei Kalk-Zement-Putzen eingesetzt. The Feltpad performs similar as the Cellcaoutchoucpad and is used on a fine structure Chalk Cement finish. PU: Polyurethan Float PU: Polyurethan Verteilerbrett Poloyurethan does not absob water because of it’s density. It gives the stucco a complete smooth finish. This finish does not allow for other coats to bond strongly. Polyurethan nimmt aufgrund seiner Materialbeschaffenheit kein Wasser auf. Die Oberfläche wird somit nicht egalisiert. Durch den Einsatz dieses Verteilerbrettes wird die porige Oberfläche mit Kalkmilch verschmiert und die Poren verschließen sich. Es ergibt sich keine optimale Haftung für die nächste Putzschicht. T: Wooden Float T: Holz Verteilerbrett Das Holzverteilerbrett verfügt über eine Saugfunktion und ist deshalb zum Verteilen und Egalisieren der Oberfläche geeignet. Kommt vor allem bei der Verarbeitung von Reibeputzen zum Einsatz. Durch die raue Oberfläche des Brettes wird die Körnung des Verputzes einfach und gezielt hervorgehoben.
