RoHS Declaration REACH Directive RoHS Declaration of Conformity according to Directive 2011/65/EU We herewith declare that our products do not contain any substances as defined in Article 4 (1) in accordance with 2011/65 / EU or the allowable maximum concentrations in homogeneous materials (Annex 2). In our products made of steel, aluminum or copper, lead may be contained above the limit value. These are covered by exceptions 6a) 6b) and 6c) according to RoHS Annex 3. In addition, the extended list of prohibited substances, according to the Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863, can be excluded as a content. REACH Directive The GmbH assures that all current information on REACH is known and that all applicable provisions in connection with this regulation are complied with. In Juny 2024 an updated candidate list (status 27.06.2024) was published in accordance with Article 59 (1, 10) of Regulation (EC) No.1907/2006 (REACH). The new substances included in this list are not contained in our products above the approved limit value. Furthermore applies: We hereby comply with our duty to inform and point out that the substance lead / lead / EC No. 231-100-4 / CAS No. 7439-92-1 may be contained in our metallic components. As almost all our products are made of metallic raw materials such as brass, steel and stainless steel, it can be assumed that some of our products have a lead content of more than 0.1%, unless they are marked otherwise. As the company‘s products are not intended for prolonged contact with the human body, it can be assumed that they are not harmful. 421
