The new Ecodesign Directives came into force in September 2021. For the consumer, the new Ecodesign Directive will be visible, above all, in the new energy efficiency labels published in relation to light sources. In the future, these energy efficiency labels will no longer reflect the measured values of the entire luminaire, but only the measured values of the defined light source. Camping Equipment In addition, the A+ and A++ levels of the previous label will be dropped, so that all light sources will move down the scale. This is why our LED luminaires are no longer classified in the A to A++ range, but fall into the D to F range due to the new measurement guide values. There is also a QR code on the label. If you scan this with your smartphone, it will lead you to the European product database "EPREL". Here you will find further product data on the respective light source. Energy distributors In this catalogue, the energy efficiency class of the installed light source is indicated in short form by an arrow. This bears the colour and letter of the energy efficiency class, which are also used in the full energy labels. In the future, at least the energy efficiency arrows shown must also be displayed in trade. We provide these for our products on request.
