INFO New challenges, new opportunities Refrigeration and air conditioning equipment from BRINKO With the requirement to improve environmental protection, the demand for new and sustainable equipment for heat and water supply in residential construction has also risen sharply as a result of the Building Energy Act. Both systems work with a cooling circuit that is operated with refrigerant. This „new“ technology requires heating and plumbing specialists to have an additional qualification in order to be able to install, repair and maintain these devices. Employees of trade businesses can acquire this required qualification with the certificate of competence category I in accordance with DUV EU 2015/2067, ChemKlimaschutzV (large refrigeration certificate), or with the certificate of competence category II in accordance with DUV EU 2015/2067, ChemKlimaschutzV (small refrigeration certificate).
