Als Hochleistungsfilter schützen sie Ventile, Zylinder oder sonstige Aktoren. Als zweite Stufe hinter dem Standardfilter entfernen sie beinahe rückstandslos die kleinsten verbleibenden Partikel aus Wasser, Öl und Schmutz zu 99,999 % (bei 0,01 µm). Vorfilter 5 µ empfohlen.
