Baureihe standard Mikrofilter sind für alle Einsatzfälle geeignet, bei denen die Anforderung an die Reinheit der Druckluft besonders hoch ist. Mit einem Wirkungsgrad von 99,9999 % bezogen auf 0,01 µm gewährleisten sie als zweite Stufe nach dem Druckluftfilter die bestmögliche Qualität. Der Restölgehalt beträgt 0,01 ppm. Druckluftfilter in Kompaktbauweise. Die Filtereinsätze mit Porenweiten unter 0,01 µm sind aus Borsilikat Mikrofaservlies mit Stützmänteln aus V2 A und einer äußeren Schaumstoffhülle. Sie werden von innen nach außen durchströmt. Gehäuse aus Aluminium (schwarz eloxiert), Behälter aus Messing. Mit Kondensatablass für manuelle Betätigung, der Kondensatablass ist unter Druck nur bis 25 bar möglich. Austausch des Filtereinsatzes ist nach ca. 6 Monaten erforderlich.
