Moving microfinishing rolls as slowly as 1/16" per minute, finishes are achieved of less than 1 Ra, and are repeatable at any time! Ideal on tungsten carbide, chilled iron, stainless steel, tool steel, forged steel, chrome plating, nickel, brass, copper, aluminum, epoxy, thermal spray, composites, stone, ceramics, polyurethane, rubber and nylon. For industries including steel mills, paper mills, textiles, aluminum rolls, film extruders, decorative stainless, copper foil electron-deposition and more. Adjustable Abrasive Roll Feed Precision Air Pressure Regulator Adjustable from 1/6" to 1-1/2" per minute, allowing abrasive to be fully consumed, eliminating waste of expensive abrasives. Ensures a uniform contact force between the workpiece and roller. Adaptable Control Box Changeable Contact Wheels 5" Diameter Contact Wheel Mounts on back or side of SuperFinisher or remotely with optional 15' flexible conduit for optimal customization to your lathe.
