STANDARD-KABELBINDER Rohstoff: reines Polyamid 6.6 (PA 6.6, nylon) ohne recyclingmaterialanteile, rohstoffe ausschließlich von führenden Qualitätsherstellern, Farben: natur oder schwarz (rAL 9011) durch Anreicherung mit Kohlenstoff (carbon black). Materialeigenschaften: Selbstverlöschend gemäß UL 94-V2, Schmelzpunkt bei +260 °C, halogenfrei, silikonfrei, nicht toxisch, lebensmittelecht gemäß Empfehlung „X” (10) bgA des bundesgesundheitsamtes, nicht leitend, hohe Abriebfestigkeit, geringer reibungswiderstand, schlagfest, recycelbar. Schwarze Kabelbinder halten die Feuchtigkeit des Kunststoffes, so dass keine Versprödung, Verhärtung oder brüchigkeit eintritt. Schwarze Kabelbinder sind daher mindestens zwei Jahre freiluft- und witterungsbeständig. Chemische Resistenz: beständig u. a. gegen Öle, Erdölprodukte (z. b. benzin, Kerosin, Fette und Schmierstoffe), Kohlenwasserstoffe (z. b. niedere Alkohole, Aceton), reinigungs- und Lösungsmittel, Alkalien, Schimmel, Salzwasser. bedingt beständig u. a. gegen stark verdünnte Säuren. nicht beständig u. a. gegen Phenole, oxidierende Chemikalien, Ameisensäure, Phosphorsäure, Chlor, Chlorsäuren (z. b. Salzsäure, buttersäure), benzoesäure, Mineralsäuren. Verarbeitungs- und Einsatzbedingungen: Installationstemperatur (während der Montage) –10 °C bis +80 °C, dauergebrauchstemperatur (nach der Montage) –40 °C bis +105 °C, mögliche Längenveränderungen je nach Temperatur (zwischen –20 °C und +100 °C) maximal ± 1,5%, je nach relativer Luftfeuchtigkeit (zwischen 25 % und 100 %) maximal ± 3 %, keine Längenveränderung durch Alterung, wenn Kabelbinder nicht unter Last stehen. Hinweise zur Lagerung von Kabelbindern: Kabelbinder bis zum gebrauch in den versiegelten Verpackungen belassen, um Austrocknen zu vermeiden, Lagerung in kühlen, nicht besonders trockenen räumen, entfernt von wärmequellen. naturfarbene Kabelbinder können sich nach längerer dauer durch temperaturabhängige Oxidation gelblich verfärben. Die Gebrauchseigenschaften werden hiervon nicht negativ beeinflusst. Verpackung: Verpackung aus Kunststoff-Transparentfolie, 100 % recycelbar, luftdicht verschweißt.
