Safety guards PTO PTO 10 - Lathe carriage safety guard This is a specific multi-adjustable item, to be installed on the longitudinal carriage. Combined with the chuck safety guard, it is allowing an excellent protection of the operator. It is protecting the operator against direct contact with rotating components of the chuck and splashes of lubricants and coolants, as well as against shavings. It is attachable behind the longitudinal carriage. The shield, supported by articulated arms thanks to the ball socket joint, is freely adjustable and has an anti-shavings partition. The protective sheet steel is divided in two separate parts to reduce space requirements in transport.
