Descripción del producto

POLINOX-Schleifstifte PNER bestehen aus mehreren stark komprimierten Vliesschichten, die mit einem speziellen Korn-Harz-System gebunden sind. Durch unterschiedliche Kombinationen aus Verdichtung, Fasern, Korn und entsprechender Bindung entstehen Vliesprodukte mit sehr gutem Oberflächenfinish, hoher Abtragsleistung und hoher Standzeit. Mit diesen Werkzeugen kann ein breites Spektrum bei der Oberflächenbearbeitung, vom relativ groben Schliff bis zur Vorbereitung zum Polieren, abgedeckt werden. Die Ausführung für Geradschleifer ist besonders für die Bearbeitung von Kehlnähten und schwer zugänglichen Konturen oder Vertiefungen geeignet. Mehrere stark komprimierte Vliesschichten, die mit einem speziellen Korn-Harz-System gebunden sind. Die Ausführung Korund A ist ideal für universelle Anwendungen auf Stahl und NE-Metallen geeignet. Die Zylinderform ZY eignet sich optimal zum Schleifen von Bohrungen, Radien und Konturen.
