Die fischer Injektions-Ankerhülse Metall Meterware ist die wirtschaftliche Systemkomponente für die Verwendung der fischer Injektionsmörtel in Lochstein-Mauerwerk. Die Ankerhülse wird abgelängt, in das Bohrloch gesteckt, und vom Grund der Ankerhülse mit Injektionsmörtel verfüllt. Beim Setzen der Ankerstange wird der Mörtel durch die Gitterstruktur gedrückt und verbindet sich im Formschluss mit dem Lochstein. Dadurch wird die Last in den Baustoff geleitet.

- Die Metallsiebhülse kann auf die benötigte Länge zugeschnitten werden. Sie ermöglicht daher variable Nutzlängen mit nur einem Produkt und bietet dadurch Flexibilität und Wirtschaftlichkeit.
- Die Gitterstruktur der Siebhülse sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Mörtelverteilung im Bohrloch und damit für sicheren Halt.
- Die Ankerhülse wird zunächst auf die geforderte Länge zugeschnitten.
- Die Ankerhülse wird in das Bohrloch gesteckt und vom Ankerhülsengrund her mit Injektionsmörtel verfüllt.
- Beim Setzen des Befestigungselements wird der Mörtel durch die Gitterstruktur der Ankerhülse gedrückt und passt sich dem Verankerungsgrund optimal an.
- Die Last wird über Formschluss abgetragen.
- Das wirtschaftliche Befestigungssystem mit Injektions-Ankerhülse als Meterware.
