V-belt drill Model KBM 32 SN|Super slim professional column drill 1.100 W|This is how professionals drill|With a maximum quill spacing of 700 mm from the drilling bench, the KBM 32 SN allows machining of tall workpieces and finished welded components. Clamping grooves in the base plate increase the clearance for high moulded parts.
The machine is therefore excellent for repairs in agriculture and for frame construction in metalworking companies. Its solid design and good standard equipment are its distinguishing features.
Clockwise/anticlockwise rotation.|1. Drill selection: For metals: Use metal drills made of high-performance high-speed steel (HSS). Carbide or stainless steel: Metal drill bit with titanium coating or cobalt alloy.

2. Centre punching: Mark the position of the hole with a scriber. Position a hardened centre punch and mark the centre of the hole with a short hammer blow - so the drill cannot slip off. For HSS drills with a split point, the centre punching can be omitted. For larger hole diameters pre-drill with a smaller drill bit.

3. Speed: To protect the drill bit, drill hard metal at low speed and with low pressure. For softer metals, use a higher speed. Reduce pressure before breakthrough.

4. Cooling: Cool drill bit. In the case of long holes, lift out the drill several times and add coolant; take breaks during drilling, as necessary.

  • TB 125 Vario - klein ganz groß, Mit einem maximalen Pinolenabstand zum Bohrtisch von 700 mm ermöglicht die KBM 32 SN die Bearbeitung von hohen Werkstücken und fertig geschweißten Bauteilen. Spannnuten in der Grundplatte
    erweitern den Spielraum für hohe Formteile.
    Die Maschine ist daher gut für Reparaturen in der Landwirtschaft und
    für den Rahmenbau in Metallbaubetrieben geeignet. Sie fällt durch eine grundsolide Ausführung und eine gute Serienausstattung auf.
  • 1. Bohrerauswahl: Für Metalle: Metallbohrer aus Hochleistungs-Schnellschnittstahl (HSS) verwenden. Hartmetall oder Edelstahl: Metallbohrer mit Titanbeschichtung oder aus einer Kobaltlegierung.

    2. Ankörnen: Bohrstelle durch Anreißen mit einer Reißnadel markieren. Einen gehärteten Körnerstift ansetzen und Bohrstelle mit einem kurzen Hammerschlag ankörnen - so kann der Bohrer nicht abrutschen. Bei HSS-Bohrern mit Kreuzanschliff kann das Ankörnen entfallen. Bei großen Bohrdurchmessern mit kleinerem Bohrer vorbohren.

    3. Drehzahl: Zur Schonung des Bohrers, hartes Metall bei niedriger Drehzahl und mit geringem Druck bohren. Für weichere Metalle höhere Drehzahl verwenden. Vor dem Durchbruch Druck reduzieren.

    4. Kühlen: Bohrer kühlen. Bei langen Bohrungen Bohrer mehr-fach anheben und Kühlflüssigkeit zuführen, ev. Bohrpausen einlegen.
